Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

Orders generally ship within three business days. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery from dispatch within Europe. Deliveries are made utilising DPD or TNT, depending on the destination. 

We will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of order. Upon dispatch, a shipment notification, with tracking information, will be sent via email.

Our docks and dock-accessories ship from Estonia, whereas Aristot and our other products ship from Greece.  This means that certain products may arrive at separate times and packaged separately. 

Destinations & Rates by Product

Shipping will be calculated at check out. 

 

Order value and shipping subsidy are based on the country to which shipping is requested (for example, an order placed for shipping to the UK will apply GBP). 

For deliveries to non-EU countries, the customer is responsible for covering any customs charges and/or import duties.

Shipping Problems

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.

We will assist customers with filing a claim with the carrier in the event of loss, theft, or signature denial. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the carrier concerning any loss or delivery disputes.

If an item is missing from the order you receive, contact us at hello@eu.dockatot.com within 7 days of delivery to inform us of the missing item(s).
